The purpose of this website is to help you in overcoming binge eating, emotional eating, compulsive eating, and food addiction (if there is even a difference between them!).

Although you might find it hard to believe, you don't have to live with this for the rest of your life.

By following the advice given on this site you will be able to free yourself from emotional eating.

That may sound impossible to you right now. You may feel helpless and in a bottomless pit of depression. Please don't lose hope; it's not your fault...there is way out!
