Binge Eating

Hi I am Yasmin and I've been binge eating as long as I can remember and I'm losing weight fast. Because I hardly eat anything and I'm usually forced into eating when I don't want to eat.
I get really tired in the day and just want to sleep. people keep saying I'm losing too much weight to fast.
What should I do?

I believe that each of us can become the expert of our own lives. It requires doing what we feel is right even when it goes against the norm.
Here are some questions for you:
- Are you eating enough food?
- Are you listening to your physical hunger cues?
- What do you think you should do... do you need to adjust something?
- Is your body transforming in a healthy way?
If the people around you are concerned... maybe you should re-evaluate your eating patterns.
