I truly believe that these are serious issues. But in my heart of hearts I feel that the emotional aspect can be just as debilitating as the physical.

The stress and depression that come along with binge eating limit the potential of happiness you will experience in life.

I know for me, the emotional "dangers" are what was ruining my life. As a stay at home Mom of two girls, I felt trapped. I didn't talk to people because I felt worthless.

I felt lonely and incapable of feeling happy. Little did I know; it was all linked back to my emotional eating!

Don't let the dangers of emotional eating be a part of your life any longer. Take your life back and start living free from food addiction. It will not happen overnight... I am still on my journey to freedom.

YOU CAN begin with small baby steps. Be persistent and you will overcome binge eating!
