Finally
by Annabelle
(London )
I just want to start off by saying that I didn't know there was any type of help for binge eater on line , it makes me feel very relieved ....
I have gone to counseling but didn't continue it because of the cost ... I am 18 and have binged since I was 13/14 I just want it to end I am very scared it will follow me through out my whole life and want it to go away so bad , it scares me to see how many people have done it for soooo many years I used to try and diet but them stopped and now just binge eat I've gained lots of weight I'm not obese but am not happy with my weight I also feel like I've lost lots of my confidence.
I also want to thank you so much for being such a good person and doing this.

I'm glad that my site has given you some relief. It is always comforting to know that we are not alone. And you are definitely not alone.
I've been where you are; and many others are feeling like like you are as well.
You've already taken a very good step with not dieting anymore. Dieting promotes the cycle of binge eating. Whether you recognize it now or not; your choice to not diet will open the door to fully release binge eating.
I would encourage you to learn how to eat intuitively. Take the time you need to take baby steps. Ease yourself into healthy changes and choices.
I know from personal experience that using intuitive eating over time will ultimately lead to living at your ideal body weight.
YOU can do this! I believe in you.
All my Best,
Stefanie
