From Anorexia to Binge Eating

I was anorexia for three years and I have just started eating last year but the problem is I over eat on everything binge eating on 4 slices of toasts, one whole packet of tim tams, then one
large 600ml flavoured milk, two to three cream buns, 2 litres of ice cream, half a jar of peanut butter, then I feel full

At the moment I am 74kg. I eat usually because my stomach is making this noise and I don't know
why so I just respond to it as hunger, but what is it really I don't know.

I wish I could have some support and help to get through this rough patch.

What should I do to stop this routine?

Please help.
