Journal Writing Prompts

Using journal writing prompts can be so much fun!  They enable you to think of thoughts and events that are usually "lost" somewhere in your memory.

It is a good alternative to emotional eating.  Just sit down with your journal and pen... and let it flow.

This can serve as a good tool to begin writing if you just don't know where to start.  You can also use them if you feel burnt out and don't know what else to write about.
