Journal Writing Template

Having a simple journal writing template can help you build the habit of keeping track of why you're eating.  The one that I use is simple enough that I can do it without printing it out.  I can jot it down in any old notebook if need be.


You can see the basic concept I use to the right.

Remember that it needs to be simple so that you can do it anytime or anywhere. It may be a good idea to use a specific structure to get started and build a habit from there.

This part of journal writing doesn't need to be a permanent thing. It is simply a tool to help you gauge your emotions in regards to eating habits.
