You've made the decision of wanting to stop (or at least thinking about it). It's important to make self improvements a part of overcoming binge eating. These improvements allow you to grow individually and give you the tools to truly change your life permanently. You don't need to open that gate to emotional eating anymore! The important part is to become emotionally healthy and learn to cope without numbing yourself with food.
