Weight Loss Solutions

There are simply too many "Weight Loss Solutions" out there. Why do we need so many to begin with?

If they all worked, then we would only need a handful instead of the thousands that are available.

If you are looking for a solution, a true solution, then you need to look for more than a nutritional and exercise program. You simply need more!

Eating right and exercising are key, yes. But they are not the permanent solution. You simply won't exercise and eat healthy (for life) unless your beliefs support it.

If you only focus on your actions alone, you will continue to sabotage yourself in your diet and exercise fetes.

The change has to begin with your beliefs. From there; your emotions, actions and results will transform. And yes, your eating and and exercise habits too!

As a binge eater, you have to have more from a so called "solution". If you are interested in a program; then you need to do your research.

Make sure that it is based on changing your beliefs and managing your emotions. From there your actions will fall in line and you will NOT sabotage yourself!

Solutions
  • A good option may be cognitive behavioral therapy. You will need to find a therapist that has some experience with binge eating disorder therapy. If you want or need that face to face weekly session; then this type of therapy will help you on your way.

  • Some doctors are turning to binge eating medication. But I am not personally convinced of their effectiveness. They seem to mask the real problem and focus on the symptoms.
  • So many people get caught up in the "diet world". It's easy to get into the mentality of the "quick fix" and want that instant gratification. There is no miracle pill or an effective binge eating diet.

  • Looking at the vast sea of diets and "weight loss solutions" is no less than overwhelming! Rest assured that if you look for the key ingredients (changing beliefs and emotions) you will find a winner.
